Binh Phuoc enterprises in the ‘green and yellow zone’ are allowed to operate again

Binh Phuoc province only allows for relaxing many activities, including production and business activities of establishments and businesses outside the industrial zone but located in the “green and yellow zone.”

The blue color corresponds to the new normal zone, in which there is no possibility of Covid-19 infection. Each locality will have different ways to zone and protect green areas. The yellow location is an area where the opportunity of Covid-19 infection can arise. The risk is higher than the green zone but lower than the orange zone.

On the evening of August 15, Chairman of Binh Phuoc Provincial People’s Committee Tran Tue Hien signed an urgent dispatch on the prevention and control of COVID-19 after the period of social distancing according to Directive 16/CT-TTG of the Prime Minister. Government. From 0:00 on August 16, Binh Phuoc province continues to apply measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic until further notice.

As noted, after nearly a month of strict social distancing under the Prime Minister’s directive 16 across the province, many fields have been reopened. Notably, in addition to applying epidemic prevention and control measures as prescribed, Binh Phuoc province only allows easing some activities. There are production and business activities of establishments and enterprises outside the industrial zone but located in the “green and yellow zone.”

Business and service establishments are allowed to operate, but must strictly implement measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic according to the guidance of the health sector; do not use air conditioning; arrange staff to regulate the number of customers entering and exiting to ensure no more than ten people at the same time, providing the minimum distance between 2 people is 2m.

Production and business establishments outside industrial parks may resume operations but must strictly implement measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic under the guidance of the health sector. People do not leave their homes from 9 pm the day before to 6 am the next day.

Through injections, Binh Phuoc province has administered COVID-19 vaccination to more than 100,000 people, of which more than 14,200 people have received two injections. According to the Center for Disease Control of Binh Phuoc province, as of the evening of August 15, the area had 305 positive cases for SARS-CoV-2, of which 137 patients recovered.
