Dong Nai – Capital of Vietnam’s Industrial Park

Dong Nai is a province located in the Southeast region. It is one of the industrialization centers of the country. Over the years, Dong Nai has always affirmed its position in industry and trade. High capital disbursement rate
Dong Nai currently has 31 industrial zones in operation. Industrial zones are concentrated in Nhon Trach, Long Thanh, Trang Bom, and Bien Hoa city districts. Vietnamese enterprises, when granted investment certificates by the provincial People’s Committee, deploy projects quite quickly. There have been 441 projects in operation with registered capital of nearly 54.5 trillion VND. Accordingly, the disbursement rate of projects with domestic investment capital in the province’s industrial zones reached almost 81%, much higher than the national average. At the same time, the disbursed capital is also about 3% higher than that of FDI enterprises in industrial zones.relatively
Highlights of Long Thanh Airport
Long Thanh Airport is under construction and is expected to be completed in 2025. It will serve 100 million passengers and more than 5 million tons of cargo per year when in operation. With Long Thanh and Dong Nai airports, more and more breakthroughs are expected, especially towards the “golden triangle” area of Bien Hoa – Long Thanh – Nhon Trach.being started

The number of working-age people accounts for over 54% of the population and can absorb and adapt quickly to technology transfer and the modern working environment in industrial zones. The evidence is that the province has established 4 universities, 8 colleges, 16 professional secondary schools, and 73 vocational training institutions.
