DONG NAI: Implement socio-economic recovery plan and prioritize vaccines for enterprises applying “3 on-site” model

From 0:00 on September 20, the whole Dong Nai province will implement the Plan No. 11102/KH-UBND of the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province on the step-by-step restoration of socio-economic activities, national security, and defense to ensure the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic in Dong Nai province in the new situation.
Accordingly, the whole province of Dong Nai has 103 communes, wards, and townships classified as green zones (new normal), including Long Khanh city, Tan Phu district, Cam My district, Xuan Loc district (except Xuan Hung commune organized at risk), Dinh Quan district (except La Nga commune organized at risk), Thong Nhat district (except Dau Giay town, Xuan Thien commune, Gia Tan 3, Gia Kiem), Trang Bom district. In addition, Dong Nai recorded many communes, wards, and villages of Long Thanh and Vinh Cuu districts.
Bien Hoa city has only 4/30 wards and communes with green areas. It includes An Hoa, Long Hung, Tan Tien, and Thanh Binh. In addition, Nhon Trach district has 1/12 green zone communes, Vinh Thanh commune.
Leaders of Dong Nai Department of Health said that the critical task in the coming days to control the COVID-19 epidemic is to strengthen inspection and supervise cross-infection in concentrated isolation areas and hospitals; strictly control and distance hostels in the blockade areas, especially in large blockade areas. Strengthen testing, screening, and strictly control the source of infection from outside in companies implementing “3 on-site” model.
Prioritize vaccines for “3 on-site” model production enterprises.
Regarding vaccination, up to now, the whole province of Dong Nai has administered 1,848,424 doses of COVID-19 vaccine to 1,750,190 people (accounting for 77.65% of subjects aged 18 years and older in the area). It includes 98,234 people who have received two total doses of the COVID-19 vaccine (accounting for 4.36%).
The Management Board of Dong Nai Industrial Parks has just issued Document No. 3548/KCNDN-LD requiring businesses to implement the “3 on-site” and “1 road, 2 locations” plans in the industrial parks, set up a list of all employees in the company who have not been vaccinated against COVID-19 and sent to the Management Board for timely distribution of full vaccines.
Dong Nai province plans to speed up vaccination for workers in factories so that after September 20, 2021, gradually restore average production.
