Hoa Phat to build 9,000 social homes in Yen My II Industrial Park

This type of housing is provided to accommodate workers and to meet the needs of housing in industrial zones at the cost of nearly 5,000 billion VND.

The Department of Planning and Investment of Hung Yen province has completed the bidding for an investment project to build a housing area for low-income people in Yen My II Industrial Park, with only one investor – Hoa Phat Yen My Urban Development JSC.

According to the announcement, the investment project to build a housing area for low-income people Yen My Industrial Park II will be conducted on a land area of ​​309,978 m2 in Trung Hoa commune and Yen My town, Yen My district, Hung Yen province. The land plot is located adjacent to Provincial Road DT.376, Anh Khoa Residential Area; and Yen My II Industrial Park; neighboring with National Highway 39A and existing production projects.

The project has a scale of 250 adjacent commercial houses and 9,000 social houses. In addition, the scale of the project includes works to meet the basic needs of residential areas such as: a 3-storey cultural building with land use area of ​​about 2,033 m2; a medical building with 3 floors with land use area of about 5,919 m2; a 5-floor school with land use area of about 11,200 m2; 5-floor commercial/service buildings with a use area of ​​about 4,582 m2.

The social housing aims to be more affordable for workers, meeting the housing demands in the industrial park, and synchronizing the technical infrastructure with Yen My II Industrial Park.

The project has been approved for detailed construction planning scale 1/500 in Decision No. 2559/QD-UBND dated October 30, 2020 of the Provincial People’s Committee. Hoa Phat Hung Yen Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company Limited is the planning organization.

Total project implementation cost (excluding compensation and resettlement costs, land use fees, and land rent) is VND 4.8 billion.

The project implementation schedule is 6 years from the date of investor approval. The project’s operation term is 50 years from the receipt date of approval letter sent to the investor.

For the investors, Hoa Phat Yen My Urban Development Joint Stock Company has  registered business address at Yen My II Industrial Park, Yen My town, Yen My district, Hung Yen province. The main line of business is real estate and land use rights belong to the owner, user or lessee.

This enterprise is a second-level subsidiary, specializing in real estate business of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE: HPG), which was newly established in May 2022 with the ownership rate of 99.867% of charter capital.
