– Phu My Town / Ba Ria – Vung Tau Electricity manages and supplies source of power from the National Grid to the fences of factories.
– Power price (For medium voltage: 22kV – 110kV):+ Normal time (4:00 – 9:30; 11:30-17:00; 20:00-22:00): 1,555VND/Kwh
+Peaktime(9:30-11:30;17:00-20:00)
+ Off-peak time (22:00 – 4:00): 2,871VND/Kwh
(In accordance with the regulations of State): 1,007 VND/Kwh
Clean water supply fee
– From Toc Tien water plant with volume of 50,000 m3/day; assure to supply cleaned water to the fence of factories continuously 24hours/day;
– Water price (Not including VAT): 12,500VND/m3
(Apply from Jan. 1st 2018 in accordance with Decision No.28/2013/QD-UNBD dated July 15, 2013 by People’s Committee of Ba Ria -Vung Tau province).
Wastewater treatment fee
Phase 1: 4,000m3/day and night

There will be a wastewater treatment plant for the whole industrial zone in order to receive wastewater from the fence of factories to discharge into wastewater treatment plant of the industrial zone;
